In 2019, LAM-PTKes was determined to obtain SNI ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certification in order to ensure the internal quality of IAAHEH. Prior to certification, LAM-PTKes had compiled quality management system documents, namely Quality Guidelines, Quality System Procedures, Work Instructions, Work Standards and Forms as requirements in conducting SNI ISO 9001: 2015 certification. After implementing SNI ISO 9001:2015 in accordance with the quality management system documents prepared, further evaluation is carried out independently through internal audits and management reviews and audits by the SUCOFINDO Certification Body.

Certificate SNI ISO 9001:2015 by Sucofindo

The SNI ISO 9001:2015 certificate was successfully obtained from SUCOFINDO on October 18, 2019 and is valid until October 17, 2022. The internal quality status that has been obtained is monitored annually by SUCOFINDO through ISO 9001: 2015 Surveillance Audit activities.

After the certification period expires, LAM-PTKes must re-certify if it wants to get SNI ISO 9001: 2015 certification. The purpose of re-certification is to ensure that the LAM-PTKes Quality Management System is documented / implemented / maintained effectively and meets the requirements of SNI ISO 9001: 2015, laws, regulations and the scope of certification. LAM-PTKes successfully regained the SNI ISO 9001: 2015 certificate which is valid from November 08, 2022 to October 17, 2025.
