Socialization of Organizational Structure and Work Procedures 2025 - 2030
To improve institutional effectiveness and performance, the LAM-PTKes Association held socialization with all employees regarding the Organizational Structure and Work Procedure (SOTK) 2025-2030. This change aims to optimize the institution's role in ensuring the quality of higher health education in Indonesia, which was held on February 17, 2025, at IAAHEH office.
This socialization aims to provide an understanding to all stakeholders regarding changes in structure, work mechanisms, and improvements in the implementation of accreditation. With this update, it is hoped that the institution can be more adaptive to the dynamics of higher education policies and the needs of health education institutions.
The main points in SOTK 2025-2030 include:
1. Improvement of Organizational Structure - Adjustment of work units to support the efficiency and effectiveness of accreditation implementation.
2. Strengthening Governance - Improving transparency, accountability, and unit coordination.
3. Service Improvement - Optimization of services to health higher education institutions to be more responsive and needs-based.
